How to Control the Stability of Riveting Machine

Riveting machine is a new type of riveting equipment developed on the basis of cold rolling principle. It refers to the mechanical equipment which can rivet objects with rivets. Riveter equipment has compact structure, stable performance, convenient and safe operation. Riveting machine mainly depends on rotation and pressure to complete the assembly. Common types are pneumatic, oil pressure and electric, single and double-head and other specifications. Riveting machine is more and more accepted by clients because of its convenience, versatility, high efficiency and easy operation.

Riveting of riveting machines uses metal cylinders or pipes (rivets) with smaller piercing diameters to pass through workpieces requiring riveting. It strikes or presses the rivet's two ends, makes the metal column (pipe) deform and coarsen, and forms rivet head (cap) at both ends, so that the workpiece can't be pulled out from the rivet. When subjected to the external force which separates the workpiece, the shear force produced by the nail rod and cap can prevent the workpiece from separating.

The screw sleeve can be adjusted to the riveting height required by the product to be fixed when riveting stability is required. It can also rivet by adding grating ruler, which is controlled by PLC according to position stroke. After setting riveting position, each riveting is riveted at the same height, and the riveting joint returns.
