Functions that the Air Duct Production Line Should Achieve

The automatic air duct production line can understand that it is an independent production machine that can complete the production of the entire air duct, that is, the entire process from coil blanking to air duct forming is processed by the air duct production line without interruption and independently. The intermediate process does not require anyone's participation and operation.

A complete duct production line should realize the following functions:

1. Coil material selection and blanking function; 2-6 kinds of coil materials of different thickness or material can be selected.

2. Compression and leveling function; this function is the adjustment process before the coil processing to prevent waste.

6. Bite; This function realizes the pressing operation of the sheet material and makes the joint angle.

7. Co-plate flange forming; this function is a key step in making double-sided co-plate flanges.

8. Bending and forming; the last process is completed, and the rectangular duct with plate flange has been formed.
