1. Power scrubbing is used in the duct line. The dirt is brushed with a pneumatic or electric brush, and then the dirt is sucked into the vacuum collector in the same way and direction as the gas rinse. This method requires as much care as possible not to destroy the surface of insulation materials.
2. Gas flushing is used in the air
duct line. This method conveys compressed air by means of a hose with a nozzle connected to the air duct. The designed nozzle enables compressed air to drive out dust and dirt, while the dirt and dirt dried by compressed air can be conveyed to the vacuum collector along the air duct.
3. The duct line adopts vacuum suction. Using a vacuum suction pipe like a hand-held suction pipe to operate and brush to directly contact the inner wall of the pipe to clean up the dirt, this method requires that the air duct has a larger overhaul hole so that the operator can get as much as possible. But this method may leak out part of the dust and dirt because the duct cannot form the whole negative pressure condition.
